World Diabetes Day

Tobacco smoke worsens dangers and increases complications for diabetics. It may also increase incidence of Type 2 diabetes. See www.idf.org/home/index.cfm?printpage=1&node=1076.  Campaign for safe, smokefree public places to oppose discrimination against sufferers.  Publicise evidence on links between smoking and diabetes and ask where are the warnings and admissions by the tobacco manufacturers? November 20 

Universal Children’s Day
